About me

Welcome to. Sarah Gifford Fitness.

Let me introduce myself to you. I’m an experienced fitness professional with over 25 years working within the fitness industry.

I started my career, at 18, working as a personal trainer and class instructor in local health clubs, then since having my children, I’ve focused on outdoor fitness classes, online fitness classes, corporate fitness and mobile personal training.

My passion lies with outdoor fitness classes, as I truly believe that exercising outside, is paramount to improving mental health and overall well being.

I cater to all levels of fitness and needs - you may be a complete beginner who needs nurturing and introduced to the basics, or an experienced athlete wanting to be pushed and challenged, Whichever it is, I can help you achieve your goals.

I also specialise in working with menopausal/perimenopausal women who need help with mid-section weight gain, strength training, regaining confidence and getting their mojo back. I can help you!

I have a friendly, outgoing personality and believe in pushing clients to their maximum potential, but without the need to take it too seriously. So if you want to get results, attain your fitness goals whilst keeping a smile on your face, I am the right trainer for you.

ONLINE MEMBERSHIP

Become a member for £25 per month - this includes:

  • Live 20 minute body conditioning Zoom sessions every Monday & Thursday at 12.30pm

  • The on demand library. This has 100’s of 20 minute dumbbell workouts which are continually added to the members area.

  • Videos of my 7 & 10-day body conditioning courses - follow the 7 or 10-day intensives whenever you like. Ideal if you have an event or a holiday coming up

  • Hands on training from me. You can message me whenever you like with any fitness or health questions and I will help you.

  • These sessions are suitable for all levels and are ideal if you are time poor, lack motivation or just don’t know how to start your fitness journey.

BOOTCAMPS

High intensity, challenging outdoor fitness classes taking place in the quiet village setting of Downside Common (Wednesday and Friday 9.30am & Saturday 9.15am)

Classes consist of running, jogging, HIIT, circuit training, Metcon and Body Conditioning. Whilst challenging, they are suitable for all levels of fitness as exercises can be adapted.

Classes are £10

PERSONAL TRAINING –

I specialise in training women over the age of 40, and can help, particularly in these 3 areas

  1. Weight loss.

  2. Struggling with peri menopause/menopause

  3. Introduction to Strength training/lifting weights..

    I also work with women and men of any age and can tailor sessions to suit your specific needs. This includes improving athletic performance, rehabilitation, core strengthening, helping attain new goals and beginners introduction to exercise.

    Small group training is also available if you would like to get a group of friends together to exercise.

I am a mobile trainer and can visit your home, place of work, or an outdoor space of choice. I also can train you remotely, via Zoom.

ONlINE INTENSIVE COURSES

I run 7 and 10 day online body conditioning courses every few months. These courses are ideal for all fitness levels and get great results.

Every day for 7 or 10 consecutive days, you will go live online with me and do a 20 minute dumbbell workout. If you can’t make the live session, you will be sent the recording, so you can do at a time convenient to you.

Sessions consist of dumbbell training that tones and strengthens your total body. These courses are perfect if you have an event, wedding or holiday coming up.

All courses are included for free in the online membership package.
