Let me introduce myself to you. I’m an experienced fitness professional with over 30 years working within the fitness industry.
I started my career, at 18, working as a personal trainer and class instructor in local health clubs, then since having my 3 children, I’ve focused on outdoor fitness classes, online fitness classes, corporate fitness and mobile personal training.
My passion lies with outdoor fitness, as I truly believe that exercising outside, is paramount to improving mental health and overall well being.
I cater to all levels of fitness and needs – you may be a complete beginner who needs nurturing and introduced to the basics, or an experienced athlete wanting to be pushed and challenged, Whichever it is, I can help you achieve your goals

Membership includes:
High intensity, challenging outdoor fitness classes taking place in the quiet village setting of Downside Common, Cobham, Surrey (Wednesday and Friday 9.30am & Saturday 9.15am)
Classes consist of running, jogging, HIIT, circuit training, Metcon and Body Conditioning. Whilst challenging, they are suitable for all levels of fitness as exercises can be adapted. This is a welcoming fitness community, where there are no egos or cliques – you’ll make friends and want to keep coming back!
Classes are £10 PAYG
This class is for all mums (and babies) 8 weeks post natal -taking place in the beautiful National Trust Claremont Landscape Garden, Esher on Monday mornings at 10am.
The class consists of walking (with the babies in buggies or slings) around the beautiful lake and grounds of Claremont Garden. This is broken up with strength and conditioning with dumbbells – adaptable to all fitness levels and sensitive to your post natal body.
This is a friendly and welcoming group where it’s just as much about meeting other likeminded mums, having a coffee afterwards and getting out the house for some fresh air.
If your baby needs changing or feeding, that’s fine – it’s all very relaxed with no pressure.
Baby changing facilities on site and free parking included.
Classes are £10 PAYG
I specialise in training women over the age of 40, and can help, particularly in these 3 areas:
Weight loss.
Struggling with peri menopause/menopause.
Introduction to Strength training/lifting weights..
I also work with women and men of any age and can tailor sessions to suit your specific needs. This includes improving athletic performance, rehabilitation, core strengthening, helping attain new goals and beginners introduction to exercise.
Small group training is also available if you would like to get a group of friends together to exercise.
I run 7 and 10 day online strength and conditioning courses every few months. These courses are ideal for all fitness levels and get great results.
Every day for 7 or 10 consecutive days, you will go live online with me and do a 20 minute dumbbell workout. If you can’t make the live session, you will be sent the recording, so you can do at a time convenient to you.
Sessions consist of dumbbell training that tones and strengthens your total body. These courses are perfect if you have an event, wedding or holiday coming up.
All courses are included for free in the online membership package.
