Strength & Conditioning Blocks (15 mins)
Compound dumbbell exercises such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, presses and rows. I coach technique and offer modifications for all levels.
Core or Conditioning Finisher (2–3 mins)
A final burn to challenge endurance or core stability, never frantic, always controlled and adaptable to any level.
Cool Down (1–2 mins)
A short stretch or breathwork to reset the body and calm the nervous system.
