A Complete Breakdown of a Bootcamp Class

Don’t let the word bootcamp put you off coming

Here’s a complete breakdown of the class, so you’ll know exactly what to expect …

️1. Park in The Cricketers car park on Downside Common, Cobham & grab some dumbbells – which you’ll see by my car
️2. Head over to the zip wire on the common
️3. We start with a 5 min warm up & stretch to mobilise your joints & get muscles ready
️4. We then do a circuit of approx 10 stations for upper & lower body strength – eg. press ups, squats, lunges, planks, sit ups. We’ll usually do 1 min on each station.
️5. In between circuits or stations we will run – don’t worry if you’re not a runner, some of us fast walk, jog or do a bit of both! But if you love running, you can speed off ahead! 
️6. We’ll do 2-3 circuits, all the whilst chatting about what we’re doing this weekend/watching on Netflix/having for dinner.
️7. We finish with a quick stretch & off we go feeling reenergised & ready for the day ahead 

The class is open to all levels, ages, shapes and sizes – Come and give it a try – this is a supportive & welcoming fitness community with no judgment or cliques.

Classes are every Wednesday and Friday 9.30am and Saturday 9.15am – all £10 PAYG.
