Let’s bust some bootcamp myths
Q. Is bootcamp for fit people only?
A. Not at all. Whatever your fitness level, bootcamp is perfect for you. All exercises can be adapted up or down to your fitness level. If you like running you can speed off ahead, if you hate running, you can just fast walk. There’s no judgement in the class & everyone is nurtured.
Q. Is it intimidating?
A. No. My Cobham bootcamp is friendly, welcoming & supportive. If you hate walking in to a class – I get it!! That’s why if you’re new, I will meet you in the car park and walk in with you!
Q. Is bootcamp only for men?
A. Definitely not. My sessions are designed equally for men & women. I’d say majority women!
Q. Will I get muddy?
A. No. We train on flat tarmac in the winter, so no wet feet! and def no rolling around in the mud.
Q. Is the equipment complicated?
A. No. We keep it simple. Dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight & TRX. Nothing confusing, no chucking beer barrels or pointless partner games. I will always guide you through everything.
Q. Will I fit in even if I am unfit or out of practice
A. Yes. Bootcamp is for beginners, returners and regular exercisers. Everyone works at their own level.

Classes are a mix of dumbbell strength & conditioning, running/jogging/fast walking, circuits & HIIT You can just turn up, £10 PAYG.
